# working perl to run at all, including whatever "mp reinstall/update"
# invocation is running THIS del.sh. removing the old, working perl
# before the new one is confirmed built and installed leaves no
# fallback if that install fails for any reason (hit for real: a
# static-pie build failed on its own Cwd.so mid-build, and with the old
# perl already deleted, mp was completely unusable until a working perl
# was recovered from a separate, untouched system -- same class of
# incident already documented in libcs/musl and coreutils/busybox's own
# del.sh). add.sh's `make install`/symlinks overwrite the previous
# perl5-git tree and bin/ symlinks in place once the new build succeeds.
