set -e
# deliberately does nothing -- same reasoning as languages/perl5,
# libcs/musl, coreutils/busybox, coreutils/sbase, build-tools/bmake,
# and every other self-referential critical tool in this tree: tcc is
# the SOLE cc/ar/as/ld provider on this system now (gcc and gnu
# binutils both removed entirely). hit for real, hard, the very first
# time this port was reinstalled after that removal: "make uninstall"
# ran before the new build finished, leaving the WHOLE system with no
# working compiler, assembler, linker, or archiver at all -- every
# single build (including bmake's own, and tcc's own rebuild of
# itself) failing outright with "inaccessible or not found" until a
# working tcc binary was rescued from a throwaway container launched
# from an earlier published image. never again: leave the old, working
# copy alone; add.sh's own install commands overwrite it in place only
# once the new build has actually succeeded.
