lifts a mask set by [see name="reference/commands/mask"]mp mask[e], persistently -- clears [code]MASK=[e] for the given package's bare name in [code]WD/pkgconf.conf[e]. entirely separate from the per-invocation [code]--unmask[e] flag any install-like command accepts, which overrides a mask for just that one call without touching the persisted state at all.

ok: brokenpkg unmasked persistently (this is separate from 'mp install --unmask', a one-invocation override -- that flag still works exactly as before regardless of this).
