case-insensitive substring match of [code]<term>[e] against every port's [code]cat/name[e], across every configured repo. prints one [code]cat/name[e] per matching line; nothing fancy -- no ranking, no fuzzy matching, no metadata search (see [see name="reference/commands/info"]info[e] for that, once you know the name).
