with no arguments, prints [code]cat/name[e] for every port in every configured repo -- the full tree, unfiltered (use [see name="reference/commands/search"]search[e] to filter it).
 
[code]--installed[e] prints the live install db instead: one line per installed package, tab-separated [code]name  version  license[e], with a trailing [code]requested[e] marker for anything explicitly requested (as opposed to pulled in only as someone else's dependency -- the same flag [see name="reference/commands/prune"]prune[e] reads).
